We are committed to providing elegant abayas crafted with premium quality, luxurious fabrics, and refined details to ensure a shopping experience that reflects sophistication and excellence.

Please read the following Exchange & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.


Size Policy & Responsibility

  • If a customer claims that the received abaya does not match the requested measurements, and after inspection the store confirms that the item was produced according to the measurements provided by the customer or according to the standard size chart, the order will be considered correct and valid.

In such cases, the store reserves the right to:

  1. Refuse the alteration request and resend the abaya as it is, with the customer bearing all shipping costs.
  2. Cancel the order and refund the product amount after deducting all shipping and return fees, while ownership of the abaya remains with the store.
  • Any false claims or attempts to manipulate measurement-related issues are considered a violation of the service terms, and the store reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect its rights.
  • By confirming your order, you acknowledge your full agreement with all terms stated in this policy.

Return & Exchange Shipment Deadline

  • Once a return or exchange shipping label is issued, the customer has only 48 hours to hand over the shipment to the approved courier company.
  • Failure to deliver the shipment within the specified period will automatically void the shipping label, and the request will no longer be accepted.
  • Reissuing a shipping label or reactivating the request is subject to store approval and may require additional shipping fees.

Unclaimed Shipments

  • If the order has been shipped within the agreed period and the customer fails to receive or collect the shipment, the customer is not entitled to request a refund.
  • If the customer requests reshipping, all new shipping fees must be covered by the customer.

Fabric & Color Disclaimer

  • The store is not responsible if the customer is unfamiliar with the fabric type or texture, as all fabric details are clearly mentioned in the product description.
  • Slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.


Return & Exchange Cases

Return Cases

Returns are only accepted in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Damaged items upon delivery.
  • Visible tears or damage to the abaya.
  • Return ConditionsThe store must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Communication is accepted only through:
  • WhatsApp
  • Instagram Direct Messages
  • Clear photos showing the issue must be attached.

After receiving and inspecting the item, the refund will be processed if the issue is confirmed.


Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds may take up to 21 business days.

Exchange Cases

Exchanges are accepted only in the following situations:

  • Incorrect measurements caused by the store.
  • Receiving the wrong item.

Exchange Conditions

  • The customer must contact the store within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • A clear photo showing measurements with an inch measuring tape is required.
  • The store will issue an exchange shipping label and cover the exchange shipping fees.
  • Once received, the item will be adjusted or exchanged within up to 14 business days.
  • Adjustments or exchanges are allowed only once.


Approved Communication Channels

Requests submitted through channels other than the approved methods mentioned above will not be accepted.


Shipping Fees

Shipping and delivery fees paid to courier companies are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Cases

Exchange or return requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  1. Expired return or exchange period.
  2. Any modification made to the abaya by the customer after receiving it.
  3. Incorrect washing or misuse of the product.
  4. Failure to follow washing and care instructions.
  5. Orders with custom modifications.
  6. Requests to change the design, color, or model after production.
  7. Dissatisfaction with the fabric after receiving the order.

If the customer requests additional modifications during an exchange process, the customer will bear all related shipping costs.


Discount Codes & Promotional Orders

  • Orders purchased using discount codes or free shipping offers during promotions and seasonal sales are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect according to the return policy.
  • Orders placed during promotional periods are non-exchangeable unless the wrong product was received, with notification required within the specified timeframe.


Policy Updates

Rawa Abaya reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest policy before confirming their order, as failure to read the policy does not exempt them from its terms.
