Order Policy

Please read the following order policy carefully before completing your purchase from Rawa Abaya. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of all terms listed below.


Tailoring & Processing Time

  • Tailoring and preparing abayas may take up to 21 business days (excluding Fridays and Saturdays).
  • Processing time may increase during busy seasons, high-demand periods, or due to production circumstances.
  • We apologize for not accepting urgent orders.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping duration depends on the selected courier company and usually takes between 3–4 business days.
  • Shipping time is separate from the tailoring and processing period.
  • Domestic shipping within Saudi Arabia is available through:
  • Aramex: 30 SAR
  • SMSA: 35 SAR
  • International shipping is available via DHL or Aramex, with shipping fees calculated based on package weight.
  • In rare cases, customs fees may apply depending on the regulations of the customer’s country, and these fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Sizes & Modifications

  • We do not accept custom measurements outside the size chart provided on the website.
  • Please make sure to select the correct size before placing your order.
  • No modifications can be made to the abaya after ordering, including:
  • Size adjustments
  • Adding snaps/buttons
  • Changing colors
  • Modifying the design or model

Orders will be processed and shipped exactly as displayed on the website.


Cancellation & Returns

  • Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.
  • Once the order status changes to “In Progress”, refunds are not possible as fabric cutting and tailoring have already begun.
  • Exchanges and returns are only accepted in specific cases according to the store policy.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure that all personal and shipping information is correct before completing your order, as changes cannot be made afterward.
  • Some loose threads may appear due to the nature of tailoring and can easily be removed with scissors.
  • Product images are displayed as accurately as possible; however, slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Additional product photos and videos can be viewed through our official Instagram, TikTok, and customer photos.

Store Rights

Rawa Abaya reserves the right to cancel any order in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect product pricing
  • Suspected fraudulent orders

In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
